Sneak Peak: Engagement Pictorial Session

I just want to say that the Philippines is friggin' HOT! Literally! I swear I can feel my thighs getting smaller because of the heat. LOL.

Anyway, we had our engagement pictorial session yesterday.

Woke up very early to meet up with my pal, Jac, for some face fixing aka make-up session. Jac decided to give me a day-look but with dramatic eyes.

Our photographer for the day was the very makulit Kenneth.

When we were on our way for the outdoor shoot, Kenneth suggested to forego the Eco-Park prenup because it's quite an overused venue already. We agreed. I had to say goodbye to my eco-park props though because we wouldn't be needing them: the bubbles and the pinwheels I bought at Saizen in Galleria. Oh, and goodbye jump shots and boat rides.

I had another venue in mind that I found courtesy of a photography club site, Pan de Amerikana in Marikina. I knew their pandesal was delish, but I never took the time to check their restaurant out before. Thanks to the Pinoy Photography group, I found out they had life size chess pieces inside their restaurant shipped straight from the US of A. Aside from that, it had a working windmill! Plus the fact that according to several sites, the food in the restaurant was DIVINE but CHEAP. My kind of thing!

I called up Ate Malou of Pan de Amerikana and found out it was FREE to have a photo session inside the place. Perfect!

We went there and had a blast taking poses, and literally lying and rolling on the floor. Of course since it was a restaurant, we had a lot of audience. We didn't mind them though. Save the autographs for later!

Pan de Amerikana has a hanging bridge and a calesa as well. Too bad we felt that M and I were too heavy for the calesa that it might break. LOL!

Anyway, here are some unprocessed (except for the resizing...the files were so large) teaser shots that I got from the raw cd file that Kenneth gave us. Enjoy!
